Volunteers play a vital role in the continued success of Tall Stacks Music, Arts & Heritage Festival. The event could not happen without the hundreds of people who donate their time and skills. If you choose to volunteer, you will work with the Tall Stacks Management Staff to create a friendly, helpful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!

Volunteer Application

Please complete all areas of the application, particularly the contact information requested. It is important that we have multiple ways to reach you so we may keep you informed of your schedule and other details about the event.

Please fill out one application for each individual that would like to volunteer. If you are part of a larger group that would like to work together, please indicate that on the space provided.

Volunteer training is required. We will notify you about the training options as they are determined.

Scheduling will begin in late winter/early spring of 2006. Scheduling will continue through September 2006. You will be notified about your volunteer assignment by e-mail or via the US Postal Service.

*Actual Shift times differ according to Volunteer Position. Generally, the morning shifts Will begin no earlier than 6:00 AM, the evening shifts will last no later than 11:45 pm.

Each shift is approximately 4 ½ hours.

SUPERVISOR VOLUNTEER-

supervisor volunteers have a commitment of a minimum of 5 shifts. Each shift is approximately 6 hours. Depending on position, some experience may be necessary for a supervisor position.
