General Event Policies
Tall Stacks is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds, rain checks, or exchanges offered for purchased passes or tickets throughout the Tall Stacks event.
To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Tall Stacks, guests will not be permitted to bring the following items into the event:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals (except for animals assisting people with disabilities)
- Audio recording equipment
- Bottles, cans or other beverage containers (except one commercially-sealed bottle of water)
- Chairs
- Coolers & Ice Chests
- Fireworks
- Frisbees and other sporting equipment
- Illegal substances
- Laser pointers
- Noisemaking devices
- Professional photography equipment (in stage areas)
- Thermoses
- Tripods
- Video or movie cameras (in stage areas)
- Weapons: i.e. guns, knives, mace, handcuffs, nightstick, caps, blackjacks, etc.
- Anything that can be used as a projectile or deemed dangerous
Prohibited items that are discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. No item may be left at the gate. All other items that enter the event site are subject to a visual search.
Guests must be 21 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages. Proper photo identification will be required from everyone purchasing alcohol.
Picture identification is required when picking up tickets from will-call.
Tall Stacks reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person violating rules, local, state and federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive.
All bags and purses must fit in an 16" x 16" x 8" box
The Tall Stacks Music, Arts & heritage Festival and its directors, employees, officers, volunteers and sponsors assume no liability for injury sustained by any patron attending the Tall Stacks festival.
Tall Stacks Music, Arts & Heritage Festival takes no responsibilitiy for those tickets purchased from unathorized vendors.
