The Celebration Belle is the largest luxury excursion boat on the upper Mississippi River and is owned and operated by Celebration River Cruises, the same company that brought the Queen of Hearts to Tall Stacks 1992, and 1995.
Tall Stacks 2006 is delighted to have the Celebration Belle make a return appearance at Tall Stacks, and very pleased to welcome back the crew of Celebration River Cruises to participate in another exciting festival.
