Tall Stacks Box Office Now Open at Downtown Macy’s
Convenient Location to Support Downtown Patrons

Cincinnati , OH — Tickets for the Tall Stacks Music, Arts & Heritage Festival are now even easier to buy.

Tall Stacks recently opened a new box office location at the downtown Macy’s store to make it more convenient for people living and working downtown to buy cruise tickets for the event this October 4-8. The easy-to-use kiosk will be open to the public at the Fountain Square retailer beginning Monday, April 24 through the event.

“It’s always been easy to buy tickets, but now it’s even more convenient,” said Courtney Kinney, assistant marketing director for Tall Stacks. “With just five months to go before the event, we want to make it easy for those people who live, work or shop downtown to buy cruise tickets on their lunch breaks, or while running other errands. Thanks to our generous partner, Macy’s Fountain Place, this downtown box office location will allow our customers to do just that.”

Cruise tickets are on sale now, and seats are still available on all boats, all days and all theme types. General admission tickets for the festival will go on sale this summer.

Tall Stacks customers can still purchase cruise tickets online at www.tallstacks.com, or by phone at 513-562-4949. They can also purchase tickets at the Tall Stacks office at 537 East Pete Rose Way, Suite 110, Cincinnati, OH. Macy’s Fountain Place is located at 505 Vine Street, Downtown. The Macy’s box office location will be a credit card-only location, accepting VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

The box office will be open during Macy’s store hours, Monday through Wednesday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from Noon to 5 p.m. For more information on Macy’s Fountain Place, go to www.macys.com or call 513-361-4200.
