In 2003, Tall Stacks welcomed over 60,000 children on planned field trips. In order to make your visit in 2006 even better and to give you the best chance of reserving your desired activities, we ask that you complete the field trip application as soon as possible.

Field trip applications will be accepted February 27, 2006 until filled to capacity. All trips will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

• Larger groups (50 or more) may need to be separated to facilitate the best experience possible
• Final trip itineraries will be sent to each group via email or fax no later than September 15, 2006. Itineraries will include confirmation of buses, bus drop off and pick up points, check-in materials, and an area map.
• A trained Tall Stacks guide will meet each group and help to keep your group on schedule, escort you to your lunch area, and be available to answer questions throughout your visit.
• We recommend one adult chaperone for every 10 students. Please be sure to include bus drivers in your adult numbers if they will be joining your class on site.
• Adult chaperones can purchase a chaperone ticket for $10, granting all-day access to the event, or the regular General Admission ticket for $20, granting access for all 5 days of the event. All Children K-12 are FREE while attending on a registered field trip.

Field Trip Application

Before you apply, please review all options available to your class: Sawyertown, Steamboat City, Children's Theatre and harbor cruises. You will be asked on the application to fill out those activities you are interested in on the application (create an itinerary).

To access the online field trip application click the REGISTER FOR FIELD TRIP button below. You will then be asked to set up a ACCOUNT ID and PASSWORD for your group. After completing this section, you will see the confirmation and thank you message, look below and click on HOME. This will take you to the account management page where you need to select EDIT PERSONAL PREFERENCES from the account settings list to register your group for a field trip.

Please remember to put your SCHOOL NAME in the space labeled COMPANY NAME. The address and day phone you enter should be the school address and phone as well.

It would also be helpful on the day of your field trip for our field trip coordinator to have your cell phone number. None of your information will be given out for any other purpose!
